Offpiste Skiing and Ski Touring

From many years living in the famous Chamonix valley, I have extensive local knowledge of the best places for offpiste skiing and finding good snow. This could also be through the tunnel on the sunny side of Mont Blanc in the Italian Aosta valley, or over the Swiss border. The safety of our group is of utmost priority and I can also offer avalanche and crevasse rescue training to enable you to undertake your own backcountry adventures.

The best way to guarantee fresh tracks is by "earning your turns" and hiking uphill with ski touring equipment. Whether you have some ski touring experience already, or would like an introduction to ski touring with relaxed and patient instruction, we will explore the wild playground beyond the busy pistes and lifts, with itineraries appropriate to your level.
